The NYT can’t seem to get enough of Pittsburgh

Perhaps the NY Times editors aren’t avid readers of newspapers such as, say, The NY Times.

If they had been, they may have noticed the Gray Lady has basically run this same story on Pittsburgh every few months since about 2013. Sometimes it’s in Style, other times in Travel or the Business section. No complaints here. Publicity like this helps fill our hotel rooms, gin up the economy, explode the restaurant scene and has made self-driving cars nearly ubiquitous on our streets.

But let’s put to bed the “Best Kept Secret City” trope. It’s getting a bit rusty.
